ArtSlam 2017
ArtSlam 2017
ArtSlam is back for another fun-filled day. This free interactive event takes place in downtown Bradenton on Saturday, March 4th from 9 am – 4 pm. We’ve included a map of the different events to make it easier to see everything going on that day.
There should be something for children of all ages. Face painting is available as well as free caricature drawings from an award winning local artist, Michael White. If that’s not up your child’s alley, the Manatee High School drum line will be performing. There will even be an opportunity to learn drumming techniques from Scott Blum Music.
ArtSlam will have opportunities for kids to make their own art in mediums from wooden shapes to recycled materials, clay to tennis balls, and even edible architecture and masks.
There are too many activities to list them all here. There will be something for every age either by participating or sitting back and enjoying the sights and sounds. Click here for a full listing of events and watch this video from ArtSlam 2016 below.
