Appointment Policies
We ask that appointments be made in advance. Our staff will make a friendly reminder call to you the day before the appointment. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, or are otherwise unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call and reschedule in a timely manner.
Our office policies allow for efficient procedures. We ask that you facilitate this process by bringing the following necessary items with you to your appointment:
- Parent ID
- Proof of Insurance
- Immunization Records
Prescriptions
Medication will only be prescribed if your child has been seen by the doctor. The office will not prescribe medications over the phone. Refills may be called from our office after the doctor reviews the order.
Please make sure to give the correct information including the pharmacy and prescription number to the nurse when requesting and refill for your child.
Please also note that any request for routine medication refill needs to be done online via our patient portal and requires a 48 hour notice.
Payment Policy
Our office policy requires payment at the time of service. We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, or cash. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance information with you to your appointment and we will file the claim for you.
Our physician participates with most insurance plans in the area. Please contact our offices for inquires regarding your specific insurance carrier. Also, check out our Insurance Information page.
