Fun Exercise
Exercise doesn’t have to be torturous. It doesn’t have to be jumping jacks, pushups, pullups, or running.
- Balloon Fun
- Inflate a balloon or multiple balloons. Try to keep the balloon or balloons off the ground.
- Scavenger Hunt
- Write up clues and have the kids find the items in the clues. Whoever finds all in the shortest time wins.
- Bowling
- Duck Duck Goose
- All but one person sits in a circle. The one standing kid walks around the circle tapping each head saying duck then saying goose to select a chaser. The chaser gets up and tries to tag the person. If the person makes it to the vacant spot and sits before being tagged, then the chaser is it.
- TikTok Dance
- Dance Party
- Turn on your child’s favorite music and just dance.
- Tag

- Kick Ball
- Hopscotch

Exercise is important for your child’s health. A fun exercise is a way to get your child to exercise while having fun doing it. If they are having fun, they will be more likely to stick with it. Mix up the exercises to give them a variety and note their favorite ones.
